    Fairly pleased with my purchase, phone was in very good condition and has performed well since buying it just over 3 weeks ago. There was some adhesive residue around the case, but this has disappeared with use. Only negative is that the battery health shows only 70% so it seems like the screen may have been replaced rather than the battery. Overall I am happy and would buy again from backmarket.

    This phone arrived dirty! I had to clean bits of crud and beard hair out from the mic holes. The phone was described as ‘very good’ but was badly scratched and I should have returned it but I didn’t want to be without a phone. I’ve also struggled to hear callers on it. Initially the camera wouldn’t focus, then it got better so I kept the phone. But after two months I was unable to take photos again because the screen just ‘shook’ as it wouldn’t focus. I sent it back in the end but was refused a refund as it was over one month. You shouldn’t be able to sell a poor phone that you can’t hear callers on, as ‘very good’ and I’ve lost around £40 on resale as the phone was in such bad condition even though it was described as ‘very good’. Not happy.
