    L’iPhone est en bon état, mais l’écran est très évidemment pas de Apple, et d’ailleurs est de très mauvaise qualité. L’image est flou, et c’est très gênant, je ne recommande absolument pas ce reconditioneur - absolument à éviter. Je suis dégoûté vu que c’était censé être en parfait état et j’ai reçu des iPhones gradés en dessous qui était en supérieur état à celui ci. Renvoi immédiat, et extrêmement déconseillé!!

    Hello, I bought an iPhone XS for just over €400. Delivery on time but Face ID does not work. Phone returned for repair. Got it back and Face ID still doesn't work. Change of phone, received on 12/10/2022 and everything is ok. Around 20/10/2023 the phone no longer lights up. We contacted customer service, who told us that the warranty had expired (12 months) and offered to have the phone repaired in a shop 50 km away with a 10% discount (but they didn't know how much the repair would cost). I refused and asked for the phone to be repaired under the legal warranty for hidden defects. Customer service called me back to tell me that the warranty had expired. It's true, 12 days. I explained that I'd understood that Backmarket's super guarantee had expired, but that I wanted the legal guarantee against hidden defects, which lasts 24 months, to apply. The person I spoke to (who didn't know about this guarantee) told me that he couldn't contact the seller and that it wasn't unusual for the device to break down because it was reconditioned electronics. Maybe it's not a hidden defect, but I'll never know. It's certainly a good idea to buy refurbished, but given the problems and the results, it's better to buy new. It lasts at least 12 months!
