    The phone was in excellent condition only the tiniest of scratches on the bottom which I did not notice for two days. Then the trouble started I realised there was a problem with the charge, I had to charge the phone twice in 24 hours the phone was not holding it's charge. I tried to contact back market and could only do this online. I waited an hour and gave up. I was going to try again later but when I went back onto the website there had been a reply not answering my problem. I tried again next day but after waiting after two hours I gave up again. The next day I received an email saying a label was connected for me and get a refund which I did. Disappointing
