    Item arrived damaged yesterday 24/3/26 contacted BackMarket straight away with photo evidence of damaged phone and the original package etc etc., They have just been in touch via email today 25/3/26 to say that they will take a few more days to resolve my issue. Why is it taking so long? Why can I not send the damaged phone back and get a replacement or refund? I do not have confidence with BackMarket sales anymore.

    Bad. I was looking forward to using my new blue A21S when it arrived a little late. Except it was a black A12. I immediately sent a message to Backmarket and the seller directly, showing what I had received. 10 days later the seller has yet to reply and Backmarket have been useless. Several people were handling my complaint and it has still to be resolved. I was told there was a mix-up by the seller. Backmarket gave me 2 options then retracted the option I chose. The last message from them was: "We want to make sure we find the best path forward for you, and we will be back in touch as soon as we have more information to share".

    Well the courier decided to leave it outside my front door in plain sight of anyone walking past my house then continued to lie by say I signed for it. Subsequently it was stolen and all this happened while I was at Clatterbridge cancer centre having chemotherapy. So all in all not overly impressed, then I had to wait a week before you decided to refund, I missed two very important hospital appointments and it's set me back a week for chemotherapy. Sure you'll understand the one star rating , but I will not be making anymore purchases from yourselves. Bad experience really.
