    It doesn't run smoothly; it won't let me shut down or restart or sign out or put it in sleep mode; it heats up very fast; despite clicking a lot on the apps/buttons, and waiting a while, they don't open; you need to manually search for apps to open them, even already open ones (because it isn't working when I click them in the taskbar); you can't listen to music without it being jittery. Overall not good at all. It's infuriating trying to operate it. My tablet that I've owned for nine years genuinely works better than this.

    Closing the back cover is not easy. There will always be a slim line opening visible which shows that the phone can't close the back cover completely. The seller was very quick to respond to my problem, I cant fault customer care.

    Product arrived in good time. It is an old fashioned phone and I had to prise it open to insert the battery and the sim, which is OK, but unfortunately the back doesn't fully close. The phone glitches quite a bit, often I can't pick up because the touch screen is not fully responsive and I need to call back. Yesterday the phone just switched off and would not switch back on so I had to take the battery out and put it in again. The camera quality is very poor and WhatsApp video calls are impossible as the selfie camera is dark. The sound is not great I wanted a basic cheap phone for calls and texting - this barely ticks those boxes. Would not recommend if you have any other requirements
