    when i turned on the tablet, the screen was flashing light and dark, then when i have created the account, the keyboard did not come up for typing. i have tried switch on/off number of times and nothing worked. Very dissapointed! the refund looks complicated, and not return label, or finding a phone number to reach you is impossible. Wont be using your service ever again

    I'm afraid that on this occasion, the quality of the product was VERY poor. Please don't think that it's the Hardware. In this case, it's the software which constantly wishes to revert to Chinese/Japanese/Korean and sadly, I cannot speak any of these languages.
