    Was delivered promptly with no issues. Following other reviews I decided to try a fair condition one and all I could see was one tiny mark on the screen and maybe a scratch or two but these don't show when the screen is on and I now can't see them at all since I've put a protector on it. The quality standards are high, price was good and with flexible payments and a 12 month guarantee I would recommend Backmarket and when necessary I will use again.

    first time buyer from Backmarket and couldn't be happier. Managed to get a flagship level phone for a quarter the price. Went for Good level, and aside from two tiny superficial scratches the device is pristine. Hopefully this bargain will last me to 2030 with the promised updates at which point I will be back to Backmarket to shop again!!

    I bought this for my husband to replace his very ancient Huawei phone. It is perfect, as good as new but a far better price! He is very happy with it. Thanks Back Market. I have the same phone but bought it new..... (a few years ago....) Next time I upgrade, I will buy from Back Market!
