    The difference between second hand (buyer beware!) and refurbished (supplier’s reputation at stake) was very clear throughout the selection and buying process. I’ve got what - to me, at least - is a new iPad for half the new price. So it’s a naff gold back, but I keep it in a fully enclosed case anyway. So it’s a white surround rather than black, but I got used to that in about three seconds. The important elements on my checklist were clearly described, namely a flawless screen and a minimum of 85% of the original battery life. Very happy with my purchase and confident that it will continue to live up to all expectations.

    I previously had this device before I got the pixel 9 XL which was unfortunatelt stolen. I'm now back on the 8 Pro as I knew exactly what I was getting. the Juno down didn't seem that bad in regards to tech is concerned. yes the 9 has a few more things that make it stand out but in all honesty. you don't miss them. great phone for anyone wanting to get rid of the Samsung etc. since i first came over to the pixel (1st one) I can't see past them now. when I seen the price for this I could t say no! works absolutely fantastic. the battery seems like it could be replaced but in all honesty. still a very good all round phone

    This is the second time I make a purchase from back market.I was happy with my first purchase and returned for another one. This time I bought a Huawei P30 pro. I need another phone for my bussiness. Phone looks ok, alas, the navigation bottoms (back, home and recent) are not present!. The phone does go back but only to main screen.     After reading mostly good reviews and some bad ones, I decided to read their refund policy and found that it's a good one. I still decided to proceed with the purchase of Nord 2T Delivery was super fast. I video the opening of the box as proof just in case I needed to return. The Phone was better than advertised as 'good'. No scratches on the screen. only one very small 3 mm scratch at the bottom plastic. After using the phone now a week, is excellent and working as new. Very happy.

    The phone is amazing, Great quality, no visible scratches, works like a charm, great price. Backmarket are trustworthy in my experience, have never had any issues. The only issue I have with the Google pixel 7 pro is the OS, and the home screen having a Google search bar at the bottom that cannot be removed. This can be circumvented by using a separate launcher.
