    Honestly, I had a bit of a mixed experience. The first iPad I received actually had an excellent battery (100% health), which was great, but it had a slight screen issue and the body was very slightly bent. Because of that, I decided to return it. The replacement iPad I received was definitely better overall in terms of condition — the screen and body were fine — but the battery wasn’t as strong as the first one. That said, overall it’s still a good device and I’m happy with it. The service and replacement process were also smooth, which I appreciate.

    Moving from an Honor to a Pixel 8 Pro has meant a better camera and some other improvements. However, Google have stimied many of the packages I used on the Honor with plaques of ads, attempting to force the purchase of apps that worked for free on the Honor. In addition, the battery is not good. It barely lasts a day.

    I paid a premium for a beige device but it turns out it's not beige, it's a shade of white Google calls porcelain. In person it just looks like white. There are scratches on the body which are worse than I was expecting with the 'good' rating, but the screen and camera are flawless. The battery has had 300 charge cycles but seems to perform well. Shipped quickly.

    Most expensive phone I've ever bought ( been a terrible cheapskate in the past but was sold on recommendations for a Pixel, esp the camera.) and as Back Market had also been recommended I thought I'd give them a go. Price was very fair, Comms and delivery fast and fuss free, loved the clever packaging and she's worked faultlessly from day one. One little tip!
