    Unknown part so the error message cannot be removed, the phone heats up very quickly which slows it down and the touch sometimes stops responding so I have to force start it, once it goes often it's certainly not normal, I have a second identical one which doesn't react in the same way so I'm very disappointed, selling an Apple device with an error message shouldn't be acceptable.

    I think there's something wrong with the screen because the iPhone does what's known as "ghost touch", without pressing on the screen, the phone opens apps for me or holds a message on its own.     Totally rubbish phone. Looks like a fake. The screen comes out of the cradle, I can press on it to make it go back in. The touchscreen doesn't work properly. It reboots itself and sometimes stays off for 2 days. A real rip-off. As I dropped it and the screen cracked, I can't send it back. But obviously all these problems have nothing to do with that. I have clearly been ripped off and will never order from you again. I order a lot for my work and will switch to another refurbisher from now on.
