    I got the iPhone 16 pro in premium and it was only 90% and also there was a scratch on the camera payed 870 for it to not be 100% won’t recommend I want to get 300pound refund caused is not 100% and the battery loses percentages fast if I try to play PUBG on it 20 gone played only 3-4 games

    I was really disappointed with my experience. I bought a phone from Back Market a couple of weeks ago, and it has already developed noticeable screen burn-in. This is especially frustrating given the price I paid and the fact that it’s meant to be a quality-checked refurbished device. For context, my previous phone was used daily for around four years, including heavy use of the same apps, and never had this issue. That makes it clear this isn’t normal wear, but a problem with the screen itself. What has made the situation worse is the difficulty contacting customer support. My account incorrectly shows that I haven’t placed any recent orders, which means I can’t access help through the website. Every support option redirects me back to this, leaving me unable to resolve a fault with a device I’ve barely had time to use. I expected better quality control and much clearer access to support. I hope Back Market improves both their refurbishment standards and their customer service, as this experience has been very frustrating.
