    I read quite a few reviews before deciding to use Back Market. My existing phone needed replacing, and I couldn't justify the price of a brand new one. So, I did my research and plumped for this A55 in lemon. It arrived super quick and in excellent conditions, so good that I can't tell if it was used or new. The phone is a great update to my previous Samsung A22. I will definitely use Back Market again.

    Very impressed by the Apple Watch 8. I ordered it expecting the odd scratch, but it appeared unused and was still in its original package. It arrived very quickly. Just a thought for Backmarket, why don’t you include your commission in the advertised price, rather than adding it on at the checkout?

    Cannot believe how fantastic this second hand iPad is! I visited the Apple Store first to check out prices and try the iPads. Upon checking Back Market, I knew that the price of the refurbished Pro was worth it if it was as good as the blurb indicated. I was hoping and praying it would be in good condition and it absolutely was. It arrived quickly and securely and is brilliant. One absolutely teeny mark on the back that you wouldn’t notice without super close inspection - but the screen and functionality is perfect. So pleased. Thank you all 😊

    I ordered before a i Mac 1 and I asked for a refund, and after an iMac M3 from Back Market because it was only £30 cheaper than buying it new on Amazon, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. As an Apple enthusiast, this was my first time purchasing a refurbished computer. I trusted the site because it seemed reputable, and I was reassured that the machine was a relatively new 2023 model listed in “Excellent” condition. I opened the box excited, expecting something that looked and worked like new. Unfortunately, the mouse included did not work at all. At first I thought the issue might be with the computer, so I tried another mouse — which worked perfectly. It was clear that the supplied mouse was faulty. I immediately requested a replacement, but instead I was offered only £20 as a goodwill gesture, even though replacement mice on their own website start from around £60. This is unacceptable. Selling a device advertised as “Excellent” with a completely non-working accessory, and then offering inadequate compensation, is very disappointing. I expected much higher standards from a company with such a strong reputation.

    Mac was delivered in good condition, would not say excellent but still very satisfied with it. Keyboard and mouse are all apple branded. Mac was clean and has no scratches. Chargers and cables were dirty and clearly have bee used a lot but are still working perfectly. Mouse and keyboard are uncharged on deliver which can be confusing on initial open but other than that very happy with the product.
