    I have had an iphone xR from brand new and wanted an upgrade. I use my phone regularly but don’t care about the big ones or latest. I recently bought an ipad on Backmarket and couldn’t be happier, like brand new, so thought why not let’s get the iphone 12 pro. I was going to get a 13 or 14 but why pay so much extra for the same software updates. In around 12-18 months, I will probably use backmarket again to get a refurbished iphone 15 or something at a lower price. Just makes sense. I’m not into photography but do love the triple camera on this phone. It is a good upgrade from my XR, but use it mainly for social media/calls/texts and has the same software as the iphone 15, so what’s not to love. It was a LOOP mobile refurbished too. 
the excellent condition is worth it as it is like a brand new phone. No scratches or anything. Battery health is 84% but for what I use it for, I’m happy as I know the battery is original. Love the blue colour too. Only a little scuff around the charger but that’s from being in a case which shows it’s been well cared for. The phone came with a usb c - lightning cable which was fab but keeping it as a spare as I have loads 🤣 already and also came with a giff gaff sim card and sim unlocker, which I was surprised about. I already have a sim card so didn’t need one but again a good spare if I ever need a new sim for anything. Overall very happy. Only small criticism is the packaging. It was in a box and secure but no bubble wrap and very basic. I think it would be good to have slightly more protection. The ipad was possibly more well protected but phone was in perfect condition so not complaining. 48 hour delivery. Very happy with my iphone 12 pro and will only ever get phones from back market now! Much more environmentally friendly, and cheaper!

    I went for the iPhone 12 Pro 512 GB in excellent condition and could not be happier with my purchase. Having read the reviews, I was careful to choose one refurbished by Loop Mobile, as they seemed to have the best feedback. The phone arrived within 48 hours of placing the order. A couple of very minor scuffs on the metal but the screen and camera lenses look immaculate and the battery health more than acceptable at 88%. Excellent value for money and a big step up from my old 7 plus, which I also purchased from Back Market. With this kind of service, I have no idea why anyone would want to buy a new phone. Top job guys!

I ordered the phone and it arrived in only two days. It had 98% battery which I was very pleased with. It barely had any scratches after I had purchased the phone in ‘fair’ condition.
