    Excellent service, phone arrived quickly with tracking updates. Phone had no signs of use although unlike the other S22 I ordered in black it did not have a screen cover. So far so good with the phone although it does get through battery charge quite quickly so have had to use battery savings mode but looking other site reviews it seems a common issue with the S22. I would highly recommended using Back Market, Excellent service and value for money

    Arrived 2 days after ordering which was amazing. I ordered excellent condition and the watch doesn’t have any scratches and looks great, although the battery health is at 86% which was a little disappointing but it still easily lasts the day. It did come with a charger but it looked cheap and not an official apple one so I will keep it as a backup. I ordered starlight watch with starlight band however the band was white. Nevertheless, i am happy with the watch for the price.

    Was very skeptical ordering a “refurbished” phone, especially an iPhone, since using non-genuine parts in an iPhone can cause problems. The seller that Backmarket sold me this phone through was “Loop Mobile”. I haven’t had the phone for a full day yet, but everything seems to be absolutely perfect given the promised condition of the phone, no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend Backmarket to anyone looking for a cheaper phone, but I will say, do your research on who they are selling whatever model you look at through, as that will mostly determine what you receive. Take a look at the most recent reviews, and make your own judgement. I was happy to find that Loop Mobile uses genuine apple parts and follows their same process should they need to replace any parts

    Had a bad first experience with a poorly refurbished iPhone 12 Pro, rated "Good" which arrived with visible gaps around the camera, screen that wasn't flush, and - most irritatingly - a lock button having no spring (effectively a dead button). I got a refund and was ready to write off Back Market, but I decided to try again. This time I got a phone refurbished by Loop. Rated "Very Good" this time. Really I couldn't be happier with the phone or the service. Arrived safely in just 2 days, could pay in three via Kalrna, and the phone is indistinguishable from brand new, and is working perfectly for less than 50% of the cost of a new one. Happy end to the tale. I really can't imagine ever buying new again.
