    got the device in fair condition. Found after using it for a few days that the screen started flickering and became unreadable. Sent it for a repair and got it back worse, the screen's glass was sticking out and I could see the backlight through the opening and to make things worse, the display was flickering even worse now. sent it back yet again for a replacement or refund so let's see where it goes. it's been two days. I really hope to get a working device soon. I paid for a device that I don't even use now.

    The Lap top I purchased had no wi fi enabled or set up, so my daughter couldn’t use her Christmas Present. Despite some initial response to go through basic checks, the seller has offered no further help. Am having to return the goods and to be honest, despite some polite replies from the on line chat, I do not feel that anyone is really bothered about this. Very disappointed.
