    So after previously purchasing from you before and having a great experience. I was extremely disappointed the second time. when I received my IPhone 11 first of all it took longer than usual to charge up then after going through the process of transferring and setting up the phone, I immediately having issues with the screen sensitivity this became so bad I couldn’t use the touch screen. The customer service department where very good and advised me. I sent it off before Christmas and I’m still waiting. Very Disappointed

    Oh no, not a great start Back Market, and I was looking forward to a long relationship. The phone isn't in excellent condition. I'd say above average. 4 dents/marks on the body which are visible 2 feet away, let alone 8 inches. Sent back to market for a refund.
