    The item ordered was Red but the item that arrived is black. It took 6 days to get here and the support options are send it back for a replacement (7-10 days) send it back for a refund (5-6 days) and your steered round in circles like any other company you’d like to talk too. Either way it’s a fortnight my daughter would be without a phone so we’ve stuck with it. It’s in otherwise really good condition so gave 3 stars instead of 2.
