    Phone wasn’t as described (should be excellent condition) and was even missing the SIM tray! The result is this will now take over a week to get a replacement and living in a rural area the only option was DHL for which the nearest return location is miles away. Not a good experience.

    Hi, this phone has software issues at times. Sometimes the timer on the clock doesn't work, it starts then switches off. Sometimes when you delete an email, it goes back to the top and the most recent email, other times it remains in place It just has little glitches and nit 100% trustworthy. Thank you.

    Overall a great experience! The phone came super quickly and in great condition. My only thing I don't like about the phone is that it is a Japanese model so you can't turn of the shutter sounds on the camera which can be annoying. I wish there was an option if available to select a model that didn't have that.
