    I have no complaints about my recent order of this phone I was a little apprehensive about getting a refurbished phone from a company I’ve never used before & I am very happy that I took the plunge. The customer service from the get go has been extremely satisfactory & my iPhone 11 may as well be brand spanking new it’s brilliant! And it came a day before estimated delivery date also the couriers left it in a safe place with care I will definitely use & recommend this company again I’ve already recommended my daughter to use back market. Thank you backmarket 😊

    ive had the phone for nearly a month now i think and its working perfectly, no obvios sighn of wear and tear, though it it has been a bit difficult to get used to after using my old phone for more than 4 years, the only sighn that it had been used was a small scratch on the glass of the screen but its easily ignorable though and doesnt seem to be a major problem,anyway its an all round very good experiance and delivery was practically next day

    Good choice of phones, good prices, easy to order and quick delivery. What's not to like? Also, the phone was described as 'good' but looks brand new to me. It's all set-up and working just fine - my first ever smart phone! However did I manage without one? Anyway, great service and I would certainly use BackMarket again. It would be daft to buy a brand new phone.

    Arrived amazingly fast within 24hrs, looks great couldn't detect any outer damage/blemishes, inside seems to work absolutely fine, all in all a very good buy. This is my third purchase of apple products, all different, from Back Market all exactly as expected and I am delighted.

    Buying through the Backmarket website was straightforward with a wide choice of phones and prices. I bought an iPhone XS from a company on the website called, GECKO MOBILE. I paid the extra price for a phone that was actually in the 'EXCELLENT' condition category. The phone was delivered quickly, within two days of the order. It was well packed and protected. I was kept informed about my order regularly. The phone was exactly what I expected for EXCELLENT condition. It was as pristine as a new phone. The battery health was 89%. I am very pleased that I bought a reconditioned phone and would do it again. My new phone is fantastic and works perfectly. Any reservations I had were quickly dispersed. I would feel very confident in buying from GECKO again. Backmarket proved to be an excellent and totally reliable website for which I am happy to recommend to my friends.

    I ordered the refurbished iPhone for my son for Christmas but was worried after reading a few reviews that they might not be able to fulfil the order or it might not arrive in time. However, I received the phone quickly and was kept up to date with the progress of my order. The phone itself was in excellent condition as described and my son is really happy with it.     Recieved my phone in pristine condition. The front and the back have no scratches and the best thing is I can speak properly instead of through loudspeaker. The last phone I had the day it arrived I tried calling someone and had to use the loudspeaker straight away. Again a refurbished phone in excellent condition. This is beyond incredible for the price😁 thankyou so much

    I’m very pleased with my iPhone 6S – it does exactly what I want it to, which is to run my Apple Watch. The battery is lasting well over two days, and everything synced seamlessly with my iCloud and other devices. It took some time to upload the current OS, but that’s usual. I would really recommend it.
