    Here is my honest review. Like many other here, I was skeptical about buying a refurbished But after reading, reviews decided to give Backmarket a chance. About the seller Electro Mazza LTD: The outside condition was fair but As soon as I switched on the laptop I noticed there is a big blurry white pixel round on the screen. Thought it would go away but I was wrong. Contacted seller and their response were, as this laptop was in fair condition("Condition, is in fair condition, has clear signs of use like dents and seeable marks.") it is a known issue to them. That is technically a defect not just a sign of use. They could have mentioned this in the listing. I doubt anyone would buy a laptop in this condition. I've wasted so much time researching and buying this and I've lost all that time. Thought this website claims about testing all products before sending them to a customer. That seems not true. Anyways, I sent it back and the seller is not responsive to my messages. Product delivered 06th of June and up until now they have not notifed me or replied to my message about the refund. About Backmarket: Their customer service is not up to standard. I've messaged them explaining the situation but it's been more than a week and no one responded. They should take some responsibility as these sellers sell this kind of defective productS through the website. My option is that you are better off buying from amazon because you know what you getting and customer service is great. I would not recommend this seller or the website to anyone. Not worth the hassle.
