It’s a good laptop not just what I really wanted for performance. I’ll however give the customer service here a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ cos a resolution was reached, I got to keep the laptop as the 1360p wasn’t In stock and was given a 10% partial refund.
