    Thanks Excellent change over from old MacBook, particularly considering that, whilst it was still operational, the screen was defective my previous MacBook. Early days yet, but the 'new' one works like a dream. The defective screen did reduce the trade-in value but i reckon it was still fair.

    The MacBook was in brilliant condition and came with clear steps on how to reboot it and log in. The screen and case had no scratches, and it also came with a charger, which, as I've never had a MacBook before, was incredibly useful and thoughtful.

    Like the other reviews I was a little sceptical of buying from here initially. I'm glad I finally managed to click pay. The first delivery I received was actually the correct MacBook Pro, however, with 8GB RAM rather than 16GB. Instead of going through Back Market initially, I rang the seller directly. They quickly realised their mistake and told me to send the return. I used the Back Market returns label and posted it back on Monday afternoon - I had my new laptop waiting for me on the Friday! All is working well so far! and the battery cycle count was only 2, which is great considering I went for a good condition. Overall I'm really satisfied with my purchase (one week in).

    The device internals are great. Battery health was at 100%. The mac came packed extremely well, and log in instructions also provided. With that said the condition of the body was not excellent as described at it has a few scratches on the sides but especially around the apple logo there were a couple of very noticeable deepish scratches.

    Great experience, cannot fault it. I was nervous about ordering because I’ve never used Back Market and worried about problems/returns etc but my laptop arrived in perfect condition, it was just as described, I could track it at every single stage of its delivery (and that was helpful as it arrived 2 days before the estimated delivery date). Its easy to order from the website. I can’t comment on customer service because I haven’t needed to use them. I did a factory reset when the laptop arrived and reinstalled the operating system. So far, so good.

    I am really delighted with my Macbook Air Retina 13.3 inch! It is so easy to carry around and has everything I need that my older Mac airs no longer had the capacity to be upgraded for. It arrived quite quickly although i had a moment of fear when i saw Fed Ex were doing the delivery - I have had a dreadful experience with them -they always blame the customer - and right on cue, I got an email the Friday the item was due saying, 'You weren't home' and that delivery would be attempted on Monday. Of course I was home, tracking showed the item had been dropped at a depot somewhere not too far away. I am very relieved to say it arrived on the Monday!

    After a nightmare experience with one I bought a couple of months ago (and had to return), this time it was all good. The item arrived faster than expected (ie next day) and looks to be in as-new condition. Had a few issues setting it up but that was just down to the usual software quirks. It's now up and running and is excellent, reminding me of how much I miss these lightweight little Macbook 12s and wish Apple would launch an updated one.
