    Condition was listed as 'excellent'. When I received the device, the headphone jack was completely damaged and some of the keys lit up more than the others. The keys I can accept on a 5 year old laptop, the headphone jack though was a bit of a disappointment. Besides that, the laptop is fine and works well. But, definitely not excellent condition, good condition is also generous in my opinion. I am currently trying to contact the seller directly to sort some sort of partial refund.

    The item is as anticipated a beautiful piece of kit, however I am having an unreasonable amount of trouble creating an Apple ID. I have made multiple attempts to do so and the experience has left me entirely frustrated. I can only assume that this is an OS problem as there are plenty of criticisms of the same issue posted online.
