    The SIM tray on the side of the phone doesn't stay in place, N issue when you buy a phone for the fact it's designed not to break, I have a piece of tape holding this in place and while it doesn't affect functionality I still feel it was mislabelled as 'very good' condition

    Very disappointing battery life only about 6 hours with most functions deactivated. Have returned and hopefully being refunded. It looks lovely, the functions look amazing but without a battery that lasts longer it is not possible to use effectively. Also, battery takes well over 2 hours to charge.

    The driver, Raymond, who delivered for DPD did not deliver my purchase. He left it at a derelict house and claimed I had signed for it. I have not received my purchase. I contacted DPD and spoke to the manager. He checked my details and also checked my home on Google maps. He then contacted Raymond. Following his talk with Raymond the manager spoke to me again. He told me Raymond had NOT delivered my purchase to my address and that Raymond HAD forged my signature and claimed I had accepted the parcel. DPD are now looking into why my parcel was left at a derelict building, beside a main road, at 1pm on Friday 6th May and the driver claimed I had received the purchase. This was a retirement present from my children for my birthday on Tuesday 10th May, when I finally officially retire. We are all devastated. I thought DPD were a reputable company. Obviously not.

    Really happy with this phone, the specs are ridiculous for this price (I paid around £90). The battery capacity is huge (5000 mah). There is one huge caveat with it however. Huawei got banned from trading with the states at some point in the last few years which means officially Google doesn't suppourt their products. This phone being one of them. So you have no access to any of the google apps including the play store. (Huawei have their own suite of apps to replace most of the functionality) There are ways to get around the limitations (there is an app called gspace) but its fiddly. The app is free with adverts or you can pay a lifetime subscription of 15£. If you are happy to spend time trying to configure yr device then I think you get a lot of value here. Otherwise this might be a bit useless to most people who want a usual android expiernce. Also you cant really flash a custom android rom on to the phone to get round these limitations (not without having years of hardware hacking expierence anyway). Hope this helps!
