    Very happy with the quality of the product and promptness of service. My only disappointment was with the model itself - I hadn't realised that the model (Samsung A10) couldn't have its screen open by touch, this needs to be done by button which isn't as easy. My previous Samsung (Galaxy mini 5) had the touch screen facility and this seems to be a downward move, albeit that of course it's not a recent model! Other than that, the service provided by Back Market appears to be very good. Thank you.
