Bought and paid for the laptop it arrived on time but that is all the positives. It was incorrectly setup, one of its batteries do not work at all and the other doesn't hold a charge turning off as soon as it's unplugged. Many drives were missing and the only support you get is by submitting a ticket and waiting a day for a customer rep to respond. Hoping to get it repaired so that it is actually the quality they said it should be.
