    Bought the iPhone XR in the mint condition for my dad a bit of a upgrade for him and absolutely loves it no fault whatsoever couldn’t go wrong in purchasing this from the Back Market would recommend to anyone buying a refurbished phone at a affordable price.

    The quality of the phone was excellent, as described, very happy with that. The Samsung Galaxy A72 phone itself is great, which I was already aware of, as my son has the same phone. I am not 100% happy with the seller, Cell Crazy. The phone I received was of Mexican origin I assume, as it had the telcel network installed. Also there were a number of Spanish apps on the phone and the keyboard was set to Spanish language. As I was clearly a UK customer, I would have expected the fully refurbished phone to be set up as a UK phone. Fortunately my son was able to reset all of the Spanish items and delete unwanted Spanish apps. So very happy with Back Market, but wouldn’t buy a phone from this seller again.

    After reading some negative customer reviews on the poor condition of their phones I dreaded opening up the box. The phone was new in condition and it also included a brand new charger, something that is no longer included, with lead and earphones. It was only the box they came in that showed wear! So I received last years flagship model for a 1/3rd of the price and it has expandable memory,( on top of the internal 256gb), with SD card something that is not possible with the S21. Very pleased with the deal.

    I ordered a phone which was 'unlocked' but when the device arrived that was not the case. I have contacted the seller but they haven't resolved this in over 48 hours and have not given me a time frame either. Frustrating but other than the sim not being accepted the phone is in great condition.

    Very pleased with my phone. The whole process was seamless from order to delivery. The phone arrived in mint condition as promised. Unfortunately my refurbished iPhone only lasted until May, less than 4 months. Phone would ring but not accept calls, calling from the phone was the same. Very disappointed, will not be buying refurbished again.
