    I am happy with thr quality of the phone, the whole purchase process aswell. The only downside is that the phone comes with a charging cable but without adaptor. I did not think that this will be an issue as I had an adapter. However it turns out that my adapter is old-fashioned, normal USB size, however this phone needs adaptor with smaller charing point. This means I need to buy now a new adaptor for an extra expense. If not for that I would give it 5 stars..

    I was a little shocked opening my phone. I ordered fair condition rather than excellent like I had before. My previous experience with excellent was that the phone appeared brand new. This time I opted to get fair condition with a better model. So I was expecting scratches and visible ones. The screen and back of the phone were spotless (probably new replacements). But the metal rim of the phone was so scratched that it seemed like it had been rolled in gravel for days. This made me uneasy as I was concerned about the internal quality given the outside appearance. Anyway I have gotten a case and it's covered all the scratches,so looks good now. Let's hope the phone is fine and my worries were unfounded. BackMarket have been good as always. I'd highly recommend their service. However, they should probably change their definition of "fair" condition to settle the nerves of people like me.

    Oh lord do I not love it?!! I was using a iPhone 11 and it fell down the stairs so I had to upgrade in a panic. I initially thought the 12Pro was much bigger but it isn’t & that bothered me when it arrived. But after getting into it I am honestly obsessed with it. And there was absolutely no scratches on it whatsoever, it’s hard to convince me that it was preused 😂
