    I simply cannot fault this service. I, like many others, was very sceptical buying refurbished. I chose a fair condition S20 FE 5G and it's condition is 99.9% perfect as there's the smallest blemish on the bezel of the phone but can barely notice it plus I use a case anyway so covers it all up. I WILL definitely be using BackMarket again and have already recommended to friends and family. A much cheaper alternative to normal upgrades with corporate service providers. I only buy refurbished now and stick with pay as you go bundle sim cards like the current Voxi Sim I'm using which I'm paying £12 P/M (not a contract, can cancel anytime with no issues) and I'm getting unlimited everything. I feel I've cheated the system as my friend pays £40 upwards per month for a handset and contract that doesn't have half the data package and minutes and texts that I've got with Voxi 😂.

    Body of phone had quite a few dents, some visible sign of use next to charging and light scratches on screen. Definitively fair condition and perfectly functional, but no better than advertised. While Pixel 8A are not known for their fast charging speed, and battery life is normal, the phone I bought gains 5% battery per 15 minutes and a full charge (to 80%) takes more than 3 hours so.
