    I ordered an iPhone 12 rated as being in excellent condition. It arrived quickly in 48 hours, and it's brilliant, it looks brand new, Not a mark, dent or scratch on it. I've just tested everything, and it works perfectly. Best of all the battery is 100%. I cannot believe how good this phone is for the price. Will definitely order from Back Market again.

    Buyer beware! The iPhone 12 I purchased suffered a cracked screen a few weeks later. I assumed it was my fault, though without any obvious drop or impact, and took it to a local repair centre. They said the phone didn't have a genuine Apple screen, but a very cheap third party one, and weren't surprised it had broken. I contacted Back Market who washed their hands of the matter and said they don't guarantee any parts are genuine, and that my warranty was void because I repaired it without telling them. So beware - the products might not contain genuine parts and you have no protection.
