    Product received quickly but badly packed. The Macbook that I ordered was not cushioned at all and was moving around in the box when I received it. When I opened the box I noticed that the Macbook was making a strange noise. Like something was broken or stuck inside... I don't understand how such a fragile and expensive item can be shipped in such a way. What's more, the computer I bought was supposedly in "very good condition", but it wasn't. The battery was dead and the computer was in bad condition. The battery was dead and the computer wouldn't turn on unless it was charged. I immediately sent the product back. The refund was fairly quick. Disappointed with this first order (I subsequently recommended another Macbook and the condition is even worse this time....)
