    Bought this as Excellent, total piece of S**T, body seriously dented, seal around case visibly hanging out, base badly scratched and missing rubber feet, track pad seriously worn and overall dirty. Totally annoyed that a supplier would even sell this, I have binned better laptops than this, avoid this seller if this is there idea of excellent or even as see now they call it very good BUT i bought on site as excellent.

    Got the order and working 25 minutes it broke. Was excited to start using the laptop which I needed for university work however after the initial set up the screen went black and then refused to turn on. After contacting back market I was told the seller would be in contact within 24 working hours to try and solve the issue however I was just contacted by more customer service teams and nothing got sorted the seller never contacted me. Sadly I have had to ask for a refund I will not be using this site or seller again and would advise other to also not use it

    The laptop arrived disassembled. All the bottom clips and screws were undone and the only thing holding the base on was the battery. The returns process was a nightmare with BackMarket not supplying the correct instructions, forcing a cancellation of a pick up and just generally wasting every ones time. I would not recommend using the company at all.
