    Wifi doesn't seem to work so had to go out and buy an ethernet cable. I deliberately avoided buying a desktop without WiFi when i ordered, so I'm a bit annoyed. 4 out of the 10 USB ports don't work but 6 is plenty - it just wasn't mentioned and I wasted a lot of time figuring it out / why some devices didn't seem to work. computer was really slow initially. Needed several software updates, which took hours, but it does run much faster now. Delivery was REALLY fast and overall a good experience but the item was not quite as advertised and I wasted about a day of my time.

    Delivery was on time and dispatched as described. Device is in the expected condition and mostly clean, although a few fingerprint smudges and a hair were inside so not perfect but a quick extra wipe down resolved this. CPU was slightly below the advertised specification (5200U not 5300U), but this device had a keyboard backlight which wasn't expected and a nice surprise. PSU was also HP for a Dell laptop, not a big deal but it's usually nice to see OEM parts for power, even if they're used alongside them. Overall good experience without any concerns, thank you!
