Phone was locked to previous users i cloud therefore totally unusable. Phone was also wrong colour (pink not grey). Backmarket have provided no help so I have lost £120 on a useless brick. I won't ever buy anything from back market. Its a SCAM buyers beware!!!

I ordered from Back Market and the tracking shows my package as "delivered," but I never received it. I reached out expecting some support, but the issue was not resolved. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for something and not get the product. Very poor delivery handling and customer service.I can't even access the proof of delivery it's showing wrong postcode. Most frustrating thing is not getting a reply from the customer service.
