    I ordered an IPhone 13 Pro (condition: excellent) and had to send it in twice under warranty because there were problems with the mobile network. Shortly after the end (12 months) of the warranty, the error occurred again and now I have an iPhone that only works via W-LAN/Internet. Phone calls are no longer possible. You have to realise that you are buying a used device here and don't know whether it will still work after the warranty period. It is simply a second-hand purchase. Back Market itself is more or less just a marketplace where certified and tested dealers are allowed to offer their devices. Unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected and for this reason I will refrain from buying from BackMarket again.
