I received my Samsung Galaxy S23+ quickly, well packaged, and everything went very smoothly. The phone is like new, without a scratch, and the battery is holding up very well. Frankly, I'm pleasantly surprised! I was a bit wary of refurbished phones, but honestly, I'd recommend them without hesitation.

As new. Perfect condition, no marks or bumps. The battery is great, almost like new. Fast delivery. I had my doubts with the reconditioned ones, but I will certainly keep them in mind for future purchases.

I got the s23+ in "etat parfait" and I am delighted! it looks perfect and works perfect. I got all the dopamine rush of a new phone plus the rush of saving huge money on the purchase. I think I will always buy reconditioned from now on. Very happy :)

I am very satisfied with my purchase! I never thought I would get a refurbished mobile phone in such good condition. Even the battery, I play a lot of games it easily lasts 1 day and 1 night, if I do not use it it lasts 2 days easy

Overall, the order went well, delivery was fast and the item was well packaged. On the other hand, it's a Galaxy S23 from the US market (SM-S911-U1), which is not mentioned in the description. No worries apparently, but the financial gain is less convincing, and the choice should be up to the consumer.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phone, US model SM-S908U1. This is an imported US model, not a European S908B. No automatic OTA updates via Samsung France. Wireless Android Auto incompatibility or bugs. Samsung Pay Europe not functional. VoLTE / VoWiFi problems with some French operators.

S23 in perfect condition but.... This is the 2nd time I've received a US model without it being marked as such. Some functions (like Samsung Pay) may not work. Back Market must be aware of this - I must not be the only one. After-sales service responsive, but lacks transparency. One to watch

Bought Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra, excellent cosmetic condition. After doing the whole procedure for the switch with Smartswitch I find that it doesn't connect to the internet with the Sim that always worked fine on my old Samsung Note 8. It practically switches back and forth between 5g 4g 3g connections and in this way there is no connection. surfing the web I saw that it is quite a common defect on this model. Reluctantly I have to return it.
