I quickly received the phone I ordered the packaging is well done to protect the phone. ordered in perfect condition and received a z flip 5 in perfect condition no scratches, marks or anything Just perfect!

It did not arrive on the agreed date, but even a day early, so excellent delivery service. The console is in perfect condition and works flawlessly, same for the controller (I was expecting the original one but it's not a problem) and the two power cables. I absolutely recommend it.

Z flip 5 bought in perfect condition and indeed it is like new. This is the 1st time I've bought a refurbished phone and I'm delighted with my purchase. I hope it will last over time. The box was a bit deformed and I was a bit worried that the smartphone would be damaged... I would recommend it.

Device in very good condition however I ordered a Mac book pro CPU 10 core and GPU 16 core but I was sent a MacBook Pro GPU 8 core CPU 14 core, I checked in the system report of the computer I can send proof in photo. I do not wish to exchange the computer but simply obtain a refund of the difference, i.e. €160. I remain at your disposal for any information. I will not take this dispute into account, perhaps it is an oversight, perhaps it is voluntary on the part of the service provider, whatever, we will never know, I would simply ask you to do what is necessary so that this does not happen again to other customers. Fast, quality delivery. I would have liked to be able to choose whether I wanted the cable or the charger as I didn't need it myself. The phone lives up to its description.

The mobile phone was delivered in very good condition , better than I expected. Very slight signs of use on the back are not worth mentioning. The installation worked great and I am very satisfied. I would order from BackMarket again at any time.

This is the second time I've bought from BackMarket and both have been of good quality. The charger adapter seems to be a bit "cheap", the parts inside are looser than other chargers I've had. The mobile phone lasts a long time without charging, but when I use it for a longer period it gets a bit too hot.

Received my Z FLIP 5 in a perfect parcel, original box, phone impeccable! Hoping it lasts as long as my Galaxy S10, i.e. 6 years (having said that it still works, but no longer current). Really happy with my purchase!

The phone is as described on the website. It arrived 2 days early. So far so good. This is the second time I have bought from the site and it has gone very well.
