    Great item got no complaints the item came well packaged if you want a bargain look no further than back market why buy new when you can buy is good as new for the fraction of the price I would recommend back market they are very helpful and the carrier firm thay use to deliver the goods are very good the drivers deliver on time what more can I say great company I will be purchasing more items from them again in the near future no problem thank you Michael Austin.

    ❤️ Absolutely loved this when it arrived a week ago, amazing condition, nothing wrong with it at all it was perfect! Unfortunately I had it stolen on Friday whilst in London before registering it with my bank so no longer have it, please please please make sure u insure your phone and keep a copy the box so you have the IMEI to lock it. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again, as soon as I've paid klarna off for the one stolen, I'll be ordering for sure. Thank you so much guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I've been hounded with several emails demanding feedback on my purchase so here it is. This is my first time using BackMarket and I purchased this phone as part of a trade in/exchange, however I've had a pretty poor experience with both the trade in and purchase. The phone was dispatched promptly and arrived a day earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. I thought the packaging was pretty shoddy alongside the cheap third party cable that was supplied, however everything initially seemed fine with the phone itself and it was in practically brand new condition, I then discovered that the previous owners' eSim had been left active on the phone even though the rest of the phone seemed to be cleared. It took me a while to figure out how to remove it and activate my new eSim as I've never had to do this before, to say a "30 point check" is done on all tech before it's sold, I'd argue that this isn't as described as it clearly hasn't been thoroughly checked. Everything else seems to be okay with the phone so far over 2 weeks later, as I previously stated I'd bought this in exchange for trading in my iPhone 16 Plus and I genuinely wish I'd never done it, I certainly won't be doing it again. I fully reset the iPhone and followed all the necessary steps for the trade in procedure then dispatched it 6 days after I received my new phone and had been hounded with multiple annoying emails pressuring me to get it dispatched so I'd recieve my money. Big joke. Fast forward over a week later since the phone had arrived to the dodgy Baby Pheasant seller who'd purchased it, I STILL haven't recieved my trade in money as they'd lied about not recieving it and tried to accuse me of not sending it which I quickly followed up with plenty of evidence stating otherwise. I'm now stuck in the middle of a long investigation now which has been incredibly stressful for me and whilst the team have kept me thoroughly updated with swift, regular emails, I'm extremely unsatisfied with my overall experience and just want my money that's being unfairly held from me. I purchased the Z Flip phone using Klarna Pay in 30 Days to ensure that nothing went wrong with the phone or the trade in and I will soon need to pay £603.99 for the phone, however I've had to freeze the payment and report a problem to Klarna as I refuse to pay for it until I recieve my trade in money (which is the whole reason why I exchanged my iPhone in for the Z Flip as the trade in money will be used to pay off a big chunk of my new phone) and I'd previously complained to Back Market customer service about the previous owners eSim issue which was completely ignored so I'm extremely unhappy with my whole experience and would like both my trade in money for the item I sent and some compensation, preferably a big discount or full refund on the Z Flip, for all the stress I've had to go through and I do not recommend this site whatsoever nor will I be using it again.
