My 2nd dealing directly with Back Market and 3rd product I’ve either bought for myself or assisted a family member with a purchase. Brilliant and easy to use website with clear process for choosing exactly what you want and without too much pushing of “add this or you’ll need that” as you work through the stages for choosing and completing your purchase. I seriously can’t think of a bad thing to say about Back Market and would/have recommend them to a few of my friends who were looking to replace old tech.

Arrived on time in original packaging. Looks to me like a brand new phone originally destined for an overseas market. Just had to change the language - everything else then fell into place. Great!

It looks to me that back market is fraudulent. This is because I don't understand how I will order a product last week friday and be told delivery will be on the following Monday. I got a notification from back market that my item has been delivered, but I did not receive any. Its 48hrs after the estimated delivery date and no one is giving me an update on the matter. I really don't know what is going. This is my first time of using this platform and I get this kind of treatment. Its really unfortunate. I need a refund of my money, that's if you guys are even
