It works like a charm, and arrived with 85% battery power. The only thing that was a bit odd was the way it looked. I'm used to getting reconditioned stuff from you and it's often close to new. In this case, all the edges were polished but you could clearly see the aluminium under the black paint. It works, so that's the main thing.

Frankly received quickly enough in 2 days not even, no worries, despite the warnings that new parts are replaced ... or is the problem? Because there is a notification? Don't forget that it's refurbished and we're contributing to the planet ... In short, I recommend the seller and the backmarket site. Simply satisfied with my order! Absolutely perfect in every way. I'm sorry I didn't take note of the reconditioning company (here in France) as their work was excellent. The packaging was very, very good and the delivery time as advertised. My only gripe is with Colissimo, the LaPoste delivery service, who instead delivered to a point relais, claiming I wasn't at home when I'd been waiting all morning. I bought a phone (SAMSUNG GALAXY S23 ULTRA green) on 16 02 24 for the 1st time on Back market. I am amazed by the web service, the delivery (received in a cardboard box wrapped). It was marked "Very good condition" and is indeed like new with no scratches. It seems to hold a charge quite well and the photos are beautiful. Back market is interested in the customer as I am asked for my opinion on the sale and the product, which seems to me to be a good thing that there is a follow-up and shows the seriousness of the company. We'll have to wait and see if this phone lives up to its promises... In the meantime, I'm satisfied with my first experience with Back Market!

The parcel was received on time. The phone is very pleasant to use. The "correct" condition is due to two impacts on one side of the chassis, but there are no other defects. First Back Market experience very positive :)

3rd purchase on BM, after 2 very satisfactory this one was less so. The condition chosen was OK so I'll overlook the few scratches, but screen, camera and battery had to be changed and at least 15 days of messages from Apple (Apple's fault) but I'll never know where my battery is as it's not recognised by the iPhone. The glass isn't quite flush and you can feel it rubbing when you touch it, and if I press on the top of the speaker it makes a noise as if it wasn't glued properly (what about the waterproofing?). The camera defaults to X2, so it's zoomed in, and it's the 1st iPhone like this and it's disturbing. Otherwise I wanted a bigger iPhone and I'm not disappointed. And the delivery was super fast and well protected.

Extremely fast delivery (24 hours!!!) The product is in perfect condition. Only downsides: the battery is only 85% (at that price we expected a new one), a screen that does not seem original (the iPhone does not recognize it as Apple), no earphones, and I would have appreciated a protective screen like on the 2nd ordered. But otherwise everything is functional and in perfect condition as described in the ad.
