I'm very satisfied with my refurbished computer! It looks brand new, without a single mark on it. It was also supplied with a new keyboard and mouse, which was a great bonus. Excellent value and highly recommended!

The Dell Latitude 9510 arrived in the "correct" condition, but was surprisingly well preserved - it's practically as good as new. No scratches, clean and working perfectly. Very solid performance, ideal for demanding professional work (multitasking, Office, intensive browsing). A safe investment that exceeded all expectations.

After questioning the refurbisher, BackMarket's customer service took the trouble to check that I hadn't made a mistake in my order for 2 identical laptops, one with a French keyboard and the other with a Spanish keyboard. I was very pleased that they had done this and that the order arrived on time and perfectly packaged.

The screen was reconditioned directly by HP, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything works perfectly, and the condition of the PC is even better than expected at the time of purchase. Excellent investment in my opinion

As a private individual, I was looking for a Win11-compatible computer because my current one can't do that. The device sent to me is either brand new, (not a crumb of dust, not even in the fans) It's the HP Z2 SFF G4 Core i7 3.6 GHz - SSD 512 GB RAM 16 GB at about 1/3 of the new price! Simply SUPER !

Nice machine that works very well. However, the keyboard was supposed to be backlit, and it isn't... I really needed this feature! I wouldn't have opted for this model if I'd known. It remains a very good investment given the quality of the machine, which was (happy surprise!) reconditioned by the manufacturer HP. The battery was brand new and will therefore last for many hours. The keyboard is certainly refurbished (there's a cover that doesn't seem to be original, but it's not made of stickers... Surprisingly, it looks like a kind of opaque paint, which explains the absence of backlighting. It's still very well done, though), but the rest looks really new. Congratulations also on the packaging (HP renew cardboard), which is very well protected. In short, a lot of (very) good things for the price, even if I am disappointed by the lack of backlighting on the keyboard. It's nothing like what I could have got for the same price new!
