Definitely worth five stars! My MacBook Pro arrived 5 days before I was expecting it alongside working perfectly, barely having any signs of use at all (I bought my laptop in excellent condition). Highly recommend this service to anyone.

It's my first time to try BackMarket and it didn't disappoint! I ordered a Macbook Pro 2018 that says good condition, but when I saw it, it only has a very small scratch on the lid and that's it. Everything else is perfect! I would definitely buy refurb tech from BackMarket again. Imagine how much you're saving from buying a new gadget! And on top of that, packaging was top notch! The charger comes with it is original and brand new.

The laptop is so clean, no scratch, Very fast. Maybe, it is how Macbook battery last because It didn't last through my second presentation. That's the reason, I am returning it. But the phone and other things I bought from backmarket are fantastic. The seller sold phone to my friend, which my friend has been using for over a year now. Delivery was on time. Package is intact.

It arrived in 2 days. It came with half battery, a bit dirty and at the beginning was a bit slow. When I have many apps/tabs open the Mac starts to get hot and noisy. I got the good condition and the Mac has a few scratches but nothing big. Also the charger isn't Apple Original, it looks cheap. In general I truly reccomend buying it and I am satisfied.

Fabulous machine. All works as it should. Which is a surprise - as it had one measley roll of bubblewrap on - and was rolling about in a too big box on arrival. Tough on the outside and a powerful performer.

Am super impressed with Back market as I was delivered even a better spec of the machine I ordered. Instead of Core i7 processor I was given i9 . So far no problems or issues with my machine. Delivery was also before time. Kudos! Keep up the good work 👊🥂

I've had the laptop for several months now, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. Initially, I was a bit hesitant, which is understandable, but the team I spoke with was incredibly helpful. So I just purchased the Lenovo ThinkPad x1 Yoga i5 5th Gen and... wow. I ordered the 'good' condition for a great price of £349 and it quite literally has a few tiny scuff marks and that is it. The screen looks brand new, all the ports work, the charger is original and working. The battery life seems fine. Came with Windows 11 Pro also. Laptop is very quick, very nice to the eye and basically just perfect for what I need it for. Ordered on the Monday, arrived by Lunch on the Tuesday. I would both highly recommend this site, as well as the seller, and also, the laptop itself. Overall, very happy with my purchase. Thank you !
