My husband suggested I buy this model, as he has one. My old phone was slow, and kept crashing, but the Samsung is so much better, faster and user-friendly. It was refurbished, but looked brand-new, and arrived promptly. Great quality and value.

Works beautifully and there's very few visible scratches. In fact, I had to look really closely in order to find any, and even then, I can't really see them using the phone normally. Lovely phone, great refurbishment, great price.

Phone arrived on time and in excellent condition. unfortunately the spec does not include connectivity to my connexx hearing aids despite being paired with the phone. Google is a bit vague as some enquiries confirm the phone does work with hearing aids and other enquiries say it depends on the region your in and other enquiries say the phone isn't compatible with hearing aids.
