Overall great service! They called to confirm I was happy with a different colour that will be in a better condition or if I wanted to stick with the colour I picked, and didn't mind if I said yes or no either way. I said yes I don't mind and was happy that the device was in really good nick. Will highly recommend it!

Super rapid delivery and overall pleased with the phone. Notification lights don't work on the lock screen but I can live with that, it was fair condition after all and priced accordingly so I am quite happy with it. This is my fourth phone from Back Market and allways been happy.

Perfect except battery life, which isn't great. I'm returning it using the 30 day refund option. The overall rating showing for this review is 3.5, but that's because I rated the shipping accessories as 5 but the performance and battery as 1. Don't believe the overall rating, it doesn't reflect the quality of the phone!

The body had dents but the screen was immaculate if not new. Definitely worth it. Battery holds for days definitely valid.
