Totally thrilled! Having run my trusty old G7 through the washing machine for 1hr 58mins on the hot cycle I was stunned to find it fired up instantly and performed glitch-free on all functions! If it hadn't been for the cracked screen I would have kept it for another 7 years!! Reluctantly I decided to get a replacement and chose a refurbished Galaxy S20 FE 5G 128 GB from you guys ..... brilliant ... seems like phones have evolved since my G7!! Couldn't be happier!!

I ordered a Grade A, received something shabby within 2days, I returned it the same day and 4 days later received exactly what I ordered. Extremely happy with the item received finally. Returns experience was alright, albeit annoying that I had to wait more. Communication with Back market team was superb and their support was excellent. Without the need to return this was a 5 star experience.

The phone was as expected but we had warranty on the phone my wife dropped it but couldn't get hold of anybody to get it sorted. So left it untill now that I've seen you can leave a review
