Delivery was excellent, the laptop is in excellent condition and works great, is fast, functional and does what it should EXCEPT the camera quality is low, speakers are quiet and the microphone so bad I have never had a zoom call without people complaining they couldn't hear me. This basically means I have to use external mics/cameras/speakers in order to have high quality zoom calls. This is very disappointing, and surprising given how everyone uses computers for online calls these days, its a core functionality like the keyboard or touch pad, and on a quite new computer shouldn't need accessories to get by. Would be very useful to have this data on the site for comparison like all the other excellent data provided.

Item arrived on time and in excellent condition. A bonus was the manufacturer’s warranty is still active for another 18 months. Only criticism is that when unboxed and turned on, the battery life was pretty abysmal (just over 2 hours with normal use), and I was unable to update Windows 10. After several failed attempts decided to install Windows 11 and was greeted with the screen of death. Three attempts later I decided to factory reset the system and have had no issues since. All in all, this was a great purchase for my needs. Fingers crossed it lasts.

Battery a bit sad and will be replaced but apart from that perfect.

The laptop condition is excellent,and it was all set up ready to go. It's all as expected so I recommend backmarket. I was very nervous about spending £900 on a site I didn't know but would definitely buy again
