The iPad arrived on time, but in miserable packaging. You could send old socks like this, but not a high-quality product. The box was dented and slightly damaged, but the iPad was undamaged. It is as described and works perfectly.

On the one hand the delivery of the order has been lousy, first they told me that it would be delivered between 18 July and 21 July, well during those days the phone was not delivered, on 21 they send me an email that it would be delivered on 22 July, that day arrives and the phone is not delivered and the only thing they tell me is that I have to contact the carriers and it turns out that on the 22nd they left the phone at a collection point and did not even contact me to tell me that they had left it at the collection point, when I put it to be delivered to my home, I also ordered the phone in black and it arrived in green I have to say that the phone is fine and has come in perfect condition.

This is the 3rd reconditioned phone I've bought, and each time I'm very happy with my purchase! (the last one lasted 3 years)

I had ordered an ipad in "good" condition but it looked like new. Battery lasts a long time and does what it is supposed to do. I will definitely order again

I'm using it for my tattoo training and it's just... PERFECT! I sometimes use it during lessons to take notes and it's great too. For everyday use I recommend it!

The 'Professional' environment of the smartphone blocked the start-up of the phone (Example Playstore personal profile message: "You cannot install any applications, as your administrator has not made any available to you at this time") and without external technical assistance it would not have been possible to use it. It did say 'unlocked' when I bought the phone, but frankly it's very unsatisfactory to have to deal with this kind of technical problem and not have a phone that's ready to use. On the other hand, there were no problems with ordering and delivery.

The iPad I bought comes in perfect condition, looks like new. So far so good, shipping on time as agreed.
