The smartphone I ordered was, as advertised, in very good condition. However, when I tried it out, I realised that I would prefer a different model. The return went smoothly, I got my money back in full and ordered another model, which I am now absolutely happy with and which was even cheaper than the first one. Great! :) A big compliment goes to the customer service! My questions about the return were dealt with patiently, personally and courteously. What I particularly liked was that I dealt with the same person the whole time. Other companies should take this as an example. Backmarket is great! Good first experience with Back Market. A beautiful refurbished iPhone 12 mini (white), at a very competitive price. Ordered at 09:00 in the morning and received it the next day at 12:00. Neat refurbished iPhone (one small scratch on a corner but certainly not disturbing and never to be seen again because I have the piPhone in a case anyway. Screen was completely scratch-free. Battery condition is also good! Definitely a good buy and very fast service.

Iphone that worked very well for almost two years, the battery at 100% when I received it. I had to change it because of a fall into water (be careful with reconditioned the assurance of waterproofness is no longer guaranteed because of a possible change of screen during repair). Apart from that the phone was in perfect condition, no scratches and perfectly functional.

My IPhone X is working great! I've had it for nearly 1 month now and it works like new! However I took it in good condition so the cheapest, there were a few light micro scratches on the front and rear screen, the camera has no scratches and everything works perfectly! The paint on the sides of the phone is a little off but that's just a detail! Don't hesitate! Thanks BackMarket!

I bought an iphone 8 which started to give me problems with the camera, they replaced it with another product which gave me problems with the microphone and the keyboard. Later the mobile had a fall and had a bump on the screen, so I could not get it repaired because that makes it excluded from the warranty regardless of whether the problem is not related to the bump. Otherwise, everything is fine, but I think I've been unlucky with the devices they have sent me.

I have arrived in 5 days, with many scratches, battery health at 100%, perfect cameras, microphone and speaker perfect, but the only thing is that, q has many scratches and some tapping q otro.bastante well and see how it goes these days
