I am pleasantly surprised about how perfect my refurbished iPhone is. I thought I took a gamble by not going for the top-rated 'Excellent' condition, but chose 'Good' instead. Well, the phone I received had no blemishes or marks on it and works perfectly, so I am a very happy customer. I can highly recommend this company as they do have the best deals, their website is very informative and easy to navigate and their trade-in service is also excellent. You can reuse the packaging for this and it's a very straight forward process. Highly recommended.

For an economical refurbished 'good' condition item, it surpassed my expectations as it looked like new. The phone works perfectly, the battery holds its charge well and the included charger cable does a good job at rapid charging. Would definitely recommend the product and the service!

Phone in very good condition and is all up and running. Very pleased and happy I chose refurbished rather than new. We have to do our bit to help the planet. Next phone will also be refurbished and probably my iPad. Easy to do and delivery is so quick.

This was a replacement of a Nokia 7.2 with 64GB, I am completely satisfied. 1 issue, the pin key supplied to open the chip holder was not compatible i.e. long enough. I improvised with a safety pin and all is well. Thank you Back Market for your service.

The Ipad Mini arrived not in a box, but well padded jiffy bag. The Ipad was in very good condition, with only a few faint scratches to the screen (barely noticeable, and do not distract at all). I'm very happy with the service and product and would say the condition was better than good. I highly recommend BackMarket for purchasing refurbished Apple products.

Bought a refurbished Samsung SE 20 5G cloud navy for my son's 13 th birthday recently and it is bang tidy, mint condition, my son was very very happy with it. Arrived before the time it said, came in a small bog standard box with charger lead and small pin, my son wasn't bothered that it didn't have an original box with it, I put it wrapped in a gift box. The only pain in the butt was setting everything up on the phone for my son but apart from that it works fantastic,he's using the phone like a pro, in the future I will buy a refurbished phone from this company again, excellent service all round, definitely recommend.

Placed my order and got it even before the delivery date. Beautiful iPhone 12 in an amazing condition, can hardly differentiate from a brand new one. Good value for your money. I'll buy again from back market.

Very happy with backmarket , perhaps I shouldn’t name & shame but I initially purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max from magpie music but it was faulty so sent it back. Then bought iPhone 12 Pro Max from Envirofone & that was also faulty.communication from both companies was pretty poor. finally bought same model phone from backmarket & after setting the phone up it’s working perfectly & I’m very happy.. so yes I highly recommend backmarket from personal experience..
