The Ipad Mini arrived not in a box, but well padded jiffy bag. The Ipad was in very good condition, with only a few faint scratches to the screen (barely noticeable, and do not distract at all). I'm very happy with the service and product and would say the condition was better than good. I highly recommend BackMarket for purchasing refurbished Apple products.

I needed to replace my old ipad as it had a faulty screen & headphone jack not working. I've had experience before ordering from Black Market witha refurbished iphone 11 and all was good so I thought I would just get another refurbished ipad. I ordered same spec but newer model. 7th gen 128GB good condition in silver. Arrived the next day. Put it on charge then sat it next to my old ipad and it automatically copied everything over. Once ready I checked the screen and headphone socket, everything working as it should. The condition is like new, not scratched and the screen is mint. Very happy indeed and would definately buy from Black Market again.

For an economical refurbished 'good' condition item, it surpassed my expectations as it looked like new. The phone works perfectly, the battery holds its charge well and the included charger cable does a good job at rapid charging. Would definitely recommend the product and the service!

This was the first time we'd bought a refurbished phone; it was bought for child going into Y7 as their first phone. Was very pleasantly surprised, the phone was described as "good" condition, but I am not sure why it was not described as "excellent", as there were no flaws, no visible scratches on screen or case - battery excellent. Price was extremely reasonable. We have gone on to use this site to order a refurbished lap top (not yet delivered) and are hoping it will be as satisfactory! Phone was delivered in a timely fashion. Despite only ordering it in "good" condition, both the screen and casing are completely scratch-free! Was initially concerned about the battery life of a refurbished phone, but the battery lasts about the same amount of time that you'd expect from a brand-new device. OS runs speedily, camera is great, user-friendly features are plentiful. Excellent product for the price, would highly recommend!

Very happy with backmarket , perhaps I shouldn’t name & shame but I initially purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max from magpie music but it was faulty so sent it back. Then bought iPhone 12 Pro Max from Envirofone & that was also faulty.communication from both companies was pretty poor. finally bought same model phone from backmarket & after setting the phone up it’s working perfectly & I’m very happy.. so yes I highly recommend backmarket from personal experience..

Phone arrived quickly, in an Apple box & looked like new ! Had a couple of glitches with the phone when transferring everything but after turning off & on again, it sorted itself out. Since then, have been very happy with my iPhone 14 ! Would definitely purchase from Back market again.
