Ordered a DUAL SIM phone but received a SINGLE SIM model. This is the third, and last, time I have placed an order with these incompetents and received the wrong product!

This is the second time I've bought a refurbished iPhone from Back Market and frankly I'm not disappointed. I ordered my iPhone 12 and 2 days later I received it at home. What's more, they took back my old iPhone at a good price. iPhone 12 reconditioned super condition, battery 100% I am very happy One piece of advice: choose a French reconditioner to save time on delivery.

Regarding backmarket: I am absolutely satisfied with the processing via BackMarket. After two days, I still have no reason to complain. About the device: From a technical point of view, I am absolutely satisfied with my refurbished MacBook Pro 15" 2019. I even received a model with slightly better graphics and double the RAM (32GB instead of 16GB). About the retailer: They advertise professionally refurbished devices. My Macbook obviously comes from a heavy smoker's household. The smell of the ventilation and keyboard, as well as the yellow marks on the air vents, which fortunately were easy to clean, tell me this. However, I would have expected a professional dealer to at least clean the outside of the device, or even better to open it once and remove the dust in the ventilation, which spreads the odour diligently during operation. Buying "refurbished" appliances via a refurb marketplace therefore has advantages and disadvantages. There was nothing in the description about the optional "smoker package". The intention here was probably just to make a quick buck. Further intensive tests will show whether there are other reasons for complaint and whether I have to make use of the ...

The delivery and reconditioning were top notch, not a scratch, but the product itself had more and more bugs. Now it doesn't receive calls, doesn't always make them, lots of services don't work properly despite being returned to factory condition.

Is already the third refurbished Samsung I buy via Back Market (always as a spare device, for when the one in use breaks down). Nice and fast delivery and cheap. Back Market acts as a kind of straw man: the device came from France, so without VAT. (So I couldn't deduct it from the VAT return either, but that's not so bad because it was cheap anyway).

1st purchase of reconditioned on this site in September 2022, today the phone is still intact as the 1st. It arrived brand new and looks like it just came from Apple. I really recommend this site and this seller.
