ordered in good condition, received cleaned, formatted, no scratches on the screen with even a new protective plastic film, the original charger. It's clear that the reconditioning team is doing everything necessary to restore the device to its original condition before selling it.

Perfectly suited to my needs. Very good unit, one small downside, a false contact on the ethernet input (RJ45) of the motherboard, you have to shake the plug for the link to be correct. (tried with several different cables) Too bad

The PC is in very good hardware condition and the programmes work well, it only has small signs of wear (less than expected) that do not affect anything. I am very satisfied. The choice and purchase was easy and the delivery fairly quick

Excellent, product conforms to my order, well packaged, delivered on time, works perfectly well for reconditioning. I recommend it for back market purchases.

The product page said "Excellent condition" (here: https://www.backmarket.fr/fr-fr/p/hp-z440-xeon-e5-1650-v3-380-ghz-ssd-480-go-ram-32-go/524ea755-1082-44c5-854d-3a0adc1f4567). Now, the page I'm currently filling out says "Very Good Condition", which is inconsistent with what's displayed on the product page (this seems to be a bug on the Back Market site, as the description, displayed on hover, is indeed Excellent Condition). The reality is that the case is clearly scratched in several places. Much worse than the description suggests ("Microscopic scratches, invisible at more than 20 cm"). The case is especially badly damaged on the underside, where one of the four feet is even missing. I expected better. As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't deserve anything better than a "fair condition" rating. Having said that, the computer works fine, so this just seems to be cosmetic.

Very good product, as good as new

So all in all, for having paid 300 euro for it, it's fine. So far it's fast, even if it sometimes blacks out the screen for a second and activates the volume at random, so a couple of quirks do happen even if they are not 'disabling'. In any case, it's fine.

I'm delighted with this purchase! Very clean and impeccable! I don't remember the delivery system but it was very smooth and that's very rare!
